  • Custom Magnets: Because all magnets are made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds.
  • Quality Issues: If your order is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at hello@magnetmuse.com. We will work with you to correct the issue, whether that means a replacement or correction of the affected items.
  • Inspection: Please inspect your order upon receipt so that any issues can be addressed promptly.
