2. How do I place an order?

  • Online: Select your custom magnets, add them to your cart, and checkout.
  • At events: Purchase directly on-site through our sales team.
  • Payment is accepted via the methods displayed online or accepted at the event.
  • Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

3. Can I use Magnet Muse products commercially?

  • Wholesale customers: You may purchase our products for resale or other commercial purposes through our wholesale program.
  • Consumer purchases: Magnets bought through our regular site or at events are for personal use only and may not be resold without written permission.

4.  Events & On-Site Sales

  • Magnets purchased at events are subject to the same Refunds & Returns Policy as online orders.
  • Wholesale or bulk orders placed at events are treated the same as online wholesale orders.
  • By purchasing at an event, you agree to these Terms of Service.

5. Who owns the content on your site?
All text, images, logos, and designs are owned by Magnet Muse. You may not use them for commercial purposes without written consent.
